Kids Headphones for iDevices are designed with them in mind

When you have kids, it’s almost scary to have any nice technology around as it will undoubtedly get dirty or slobbered on. If you have an iPod, iPad, or iPhone, it will be in their hands, and it will be put into their mouths. Once they get to an age where they can figure out how the thing works, you’re in for some real fun. As an adult, there’s only so many times you can listen to the same kids programs and songs, but you don’t want to yank away the joy from your children just because you don’t want to hear something (by that, I mean taking away the thing that keeps them quiet for more than ten minutes).

The best solution would be to get them the Kids Headphones for iPod, iPad, and iPhone. It’s designed to fit little noggins, and has a volume adjustment that caps out at what is considered safe for kids ears. There is an in-line microphone, remote, and volume control. This will only cost about $30, and might just give you the peace and quiet you need.
