Leaf Thermometer Paper Temperature Reader – tell temperature the same way nature does

If you want to know how hot or cold something is, you look at a thermometer. It’s a pretty common tool and most people can identify it by sight. If you don’t need the exact temperature to answer your questions but want a tool with a different look, check out the Leaf Thermometer Paper Temperature Reader.

These thermometers are made from thermal paper and look like leaves. In their general state, based on a nice day, defined as around high 60s to high 70s, they are a nice green color. Like the perfect spring foliage. When it gets colder, they turn brown, just like summer into fall. When the temperature rises, they turn a yellow hue.

Obviously, these are not great for anything you need an exact measurement on but you can scatter them all over your house for a quick visual check of how warm (or not) it is. Room feels a bit stuffy but you think it might be you? Just glance at this leaf. You can even attach them to things like computers or freezers. The Leaf Thermometer Paper Temperature Reader is $33.
