Sonelis Technologies has brought us a fancy new lamp that is solar powered, LED, and looks like a leaf. Lamps are convenient, but would always be better if they weren�t powered via your wall outlet. Everything would be better if it weren�t� adding to your electric bill, but hey, a lamp is a good start.

This lamp can be used inside or outside, and has some water resistance. Now when I say some, I mean dumping a bucket of water on this probably wouldn�t be the best idea. This fancy aluminum bodied lamp has a 1800mA NiMH battery and an ambient light sensor so as to provide the right amount of light for whatever your situation may be while using as little power as is necessary. There�s no word on pricing or availability just yet.
