Panasonic’s new DVD-LX8 [Babel] portable DVD player is something of a fully loaded beast. As well as sporting a good sized 9 inch LCD screen, it also has an SD slot for playing back still images, video, music etc, as well as an integral TV tuner for catching Friends on the bus. You can even swivel and fold the screen back to make it a sort of flat tablet size for viewing. Also plays MP3 ,VCD and DVD-R discs. Due out 10th April.
