If you’re like a lot of people, you’ve probably got more than one Skype Internet telephone account. Most people have their own private account, plus one for work, or another one for family members only and so on. The problem is you can only run one instance of Skype at a time on your PC, unless you have some clever software to help you out.

Multi-Skype Launcher is, as the name implies, a freeware program which lets you run two or more instances of Skype on your Windows PC at the same time, which is perfect for making sure you’re always in touch with everyone in the known universe.

The program comes with an easy to use interface, just press the Add button and enter in your Skype login details for each account. When you wish to launch a particular account, select it and press Launch. You can also ask the program to automatically run your Skype accounts when Windows launches (but if you do that, make sure you turn the feature off in Skype itself).

It’s clean, fast and definitely a valuable addition to your tool chest if you’re a heavy Net calling Skype fiend, or indeed if your family all share a single computer and everyone wants their Skype account running all the time.
