NotOK – this app helps to make reaching out easier

When you’re struggling with your mental health, it’s not always easy to reach out for help. In fact it can be impossible to let people know that you’re struggling. The notOK app is one possible tool to help more people access the support they need. This app is a one push emergency button.

The app is simple. If you’re not OK, just push the button and a message will be sent to the friends and family that you have listed along with your current GPS location. That way they can call and/or come to you. The app is meant to help remove the barriers that make reaching out hard.

As the app allows you to add multiple people, the likelihood that you’ll reach someone only increases. Easy to use and it comes on both Android and Apple devices. You don’t have to go through it alone, someone is always willing to help.
