The NTSC to PAL Converter converts any NTSC signal into a PAL signal. Optimal for the ps2, Xbox or any other video game console. Works with all DVD players, video recorders (must support 60Hz) or any other AV equipments. The NTSC to PAL Converter comes with a AV composite cable as well as a 220V power supply.
Note that this is merely a ‘color converter’, and as such I think it’s too expensive.
It does not convert NTSC into PAL, but into PAL-M (a 60 Hz version of PAL which is more like NTSC, except for the colors). This is not a problem if you hook it up to a 60 Hz capabale PAL TV (and I guess most PAL TVs are 60 Hz capable). However, you cannot use this to record an NTSC signal on a PAL VCR.
