It's a neat idea, especially the added mic. Audio is where lower end video suffers much over professionally produced material. The gadget appears to give you more to hold on to that many small camcorders. A big design flaw for almost all lower priced camcorders today. It does cost about as much as a modern lower end camcorder today, but if you already have an iPhone, this is probably a good way to go.
