OzoBot – your personal fun maze runner

The Toe The Line Tablet Bot

Robots are awesome. Mostly when we see them now they’re just bumbling around the house, helping us pick up crumbs from the floor, not exactly the future that was promised to us in The Jetsons. But with the OzoBot, you can pretend we’re just a little bit closer to that shining future.

The OzoBot doesn’t actually do anything useful (out of the box). It was designed to follow lines that you draw on a tablet or even a piece of paper. Basically, it’s a tiny maze runner. You create the maze and it will make it to the end. You can even fight against other OzoBots with free downloadable games. Like some sort of bloodless, almost friendly robot war.

Possibly because watching a robot follow lines would become old fairly quickly, you can also code it to do specific functions. Although it boasts “superior intelligence” it’s unlikely that little fella will be able to complete such complex tasks as world domination, so keep your expectations low. It charges over USB cord in 30 minutes and will run for 80. The OzoBot is $59.95.
