Everybody loves pancakes. They’re so simple and so yummy. Mostly they’re just round and full of goodness, sometimes they’re shaped like animals, but that’s really the extent of artistic endeavors when it comes to one of the most perfect breakfast foods. Or is it? Now with the Pangraph, you can take pancake making to a whole new level.
The Pangraph is basically a Spirograph. For pancakes. A Spirograph, as you probably remember from the carefree days of childhood, is a set of gears and a track that you stick your pen in to create pretty geometric designs. Hours of fun. Or probably like a half hour, honestly.
The Pangraph is the same system. Wooden track and gears, but instead of paper and pens it’s a hot pan and some pancake mix. Also, unlike your pen and paper creations, these works of art are entirely edible. Yes, you can even embellish them with fruit and whipped cream. This can turn into a whole art project.
The Pangraph isn’t a product that you can buy yet unfortunately, but the maker at Saipancakes has provided their build process in the form of a YouTube video so that interested parties can do it themselves. If you have the right tools. Check out the video.
