Pod Power – the power strip that thinks it’s an extension cord too

podpower3

My house was built in like 1922. There are rooms with single outlets and rooms with multiple outlets but only two out of a possible five works, one of which hasn’t been updated since 1945. We’re not sure if it works, and we’re afraid to try. Pod Power is the solution for too few or clustered outlets.

Generally when you have too few outlets, you plug in a power strip and/or an extension cord to maximize your electronic abilities. Pod Power combines the best of both of these options, as it features several individual outlets spread along a 9 foot cord.

So it allows you to actually space your outlets out, which a traditional power strip does not. Which is why I currently have to decide which two bits of electronics I’m going to have on at any given time. With Pod Power, you can plug in whatever you want up to nine feet away giving you more flexibility when planning your workspace. Working on a group project? You and your team don’t have to huddle around one tiny space to keep your laptops powered up and happy. Nice solution! Pod Power is $19.99.
