Power Snorkel takes snorkeling to new depths

Snorkeling and scuba diving are both excellent aquatic activities. Although, these two very different ways of experiencing an underwater world seem to be at very opposite ends of the spectrum, with no in-between. Snorkels make sure that you stay near the surface of the water, but a scuba suit makes you feel as though you should be trying to find lost treasure at the depths of the ocean. A wonderful in between would be the Power Snorkel.

This floating air pump will let you explore several feet down underwater, and doesnt require an entire suit to do so. A 20-foot long hose leads from the Power Snorkels air tank to a divider below. From there, two additional hoses that are also 20 feet long will act as regulators for two divers. On one charge, the Power Snorkel will last about 50-70 minutes. A flag on the top of the air pump will let others know youre there, and help you find it if its drifted off. A price tag of $2,495 may seem steep, but its likely a lot cheaper than two complete scuba suits.
