Red’s Holiday Giveaway – Week 1

Everyone knows that the economy is not the best right now, which makes buying gifts for the holidays a little rough. Sure it’s really the thought that counts, but here at Red Ferret we want to help you with your gift needs in a more practical way. That’s why over the next few weeks, we’re going to be giving away a number of different goodies for the gadget lover in your life.

To kick things off, we’re going to give away a super cool PowerSkin Case to one lucky reader. These clever cases fit almost every smartphone on the market, and you’ll get to choose your model. Each case has been specifically designed not only to protect your phone, but also to supply valuable back up battery power. This ensures that you can get twice the life out of your phone, without having to find an outlet.

So how do you win? It just takes two simple steps. First, make sure that you’re following @theredferret on Twitter. Then just send us a tweet and tell us which case you want. You’ll have until midnight (EST) next Friday to enter. Later that morning, we will announce the randomly selected winner. We’ll also send you a DM, so that you can claim your prize.

This is only the beginning for giveaways. As we get closer to Christmas, our giveaways will grow in both size and number, so stay tuned. Don’t want to miss out? Just click the green button over on the right to see the current giveaway. Good luck!

  • Too bad, that perhaps SOME of your faithful readers may not have/use Twitter,(and can somehow, STILL enjoy living!?!), and thus, have no chance at your giveaway promotion!

    • Twitter is just a 2 min free signup away? Think of it as a learning experience. And thanks for being a faithful reader, you're our backbone and we appreciate it muchly! :)

  • Thank you,Nigel, and I "DO" love your site! (Read it, faithfully, every day).
"Easy 2-minute sign up" or not, I guess I'm just rebelling against all this crazy; "Gotta keep in contact with everyone, 24/7 via FarceBook,Twiiter,IM's, texting and never allowing your cell phone to leave your grip, even if it would mean allowing your 2-year old to cross a busy street and not holding their hand"………………. world, that we live in today!
Keep up the great work with the site!

    • Heh, thanks Paul. I agree, we could become a bit obsessed by all this 'networking' if we're not careful. Who can have 2000 friends? :)
