SaveGameBackup is a neat little freeware tool for quickly archiving your computer game saves in case of emergency. It’s clearly designed for hard-core gamers, in that you’re not likely to want to use it if you only play Solitaire, but if you are a keen player, this is definitely a useful program.
It doesn’t come with an in-built scheduler unfortunately, so you’ll have to use the Windows one, but it’s got an impressive list of over 700 titles that it supports (and even 11 applications like XFire and Logitech SetPoint).
SaveGameBackup takes the tedious work out the equation for you – automation, if you will. With a couple clicks of your mouse, it backs up your save games. It also makes an effort to back up your settings (such as resolution and mouse sensitivity) where possible.
