Sense – the gadget that will help you make sense of your sleeping habits

Sleep is so important. I talk about it at least once a month. Because it’s so vital to your health! But it’s often over looked. Sense is a device that tracks all manner of things while you’re sleep so nothing is ever over looked.

Not getting a good night’s rest? Well it may be more than your lumpy mattress. Sense looks at more than just how often you twist and turn in your sleep. It also monitors the noise in the room (is someone watching TV too loud after you’ve gone to bed? Does your partner snore?) as well as light, say from the street through blinds. It also monitors the temperature and humidity. All of these things could be turning your night into a battle with insomnia and Sense lets you know about it so you can fix these potential problems.

The gadget also has a built in alarm that will help you wake up at your optimal time. No more being in the depths of sleep, dreaming, only to have your alarm start screaming at you. Sense sends all the information to an app on your smartphone so it’s right at your fingertips. The Sense ships in February and is $129.
