Sleep Partner – wristband promises to normalise your body clock

The Sleep Partner wrist band apparently ‘stimulates the acupuncture points of the wrist associated with sleep’ and by so doing, helps you get a good night’s snooze. There’s a cell battery involved somewhere so we can only assume it’s shocking you to sleep in some way. Which is certainly novel. We’ll stick to a cup of hot chocolate and our dog-eared copy of War & Peace. Thanks very much. £19.95.

The natural drug-free answer could be the Sleep Partner, a simple bracelet strap that stimulates the acupuncture points of the wrist associated with sleep to create sleep-inducing stress relief and help normalize your body’s biological clock. It’s advised that you strap on the device 30 minutes before planned sleep and keep it on throughout the night.

La he provado tres noches seguidas sin acupuntura y he dormido bien. Buena suerte. Febrero, 2009.

“I am suffering from insomnia and in desperation I started with acupuncture and works very well. Every evening I had acupuncture duermia as a baby, so when I saw these bracelets then immediately buy a similar (to a different model in the U.S.). I provide three consecutive nights without sleep and I have acupuncture. I must say that I have the bracelet combined with “negative ions” and light therapy. I live in the United States in Minnesota, a place that is incredibly cold and dark in winter. With the lack of light I had insomnia and I also buy a “light box” with negative ion therapy. For the reader up to secure lives in Spain, the lack of light can not be a problem (I have visited Spain a couple of times and the lack sun is no problem, but in the north, because I do not know). Good luck. February, 2009.”
