This Sondata Shake-A-Pix digital photo frame comes with an integrated motion sensor which means you navigate from image to image simply by giving a flick of the wrist. Cool eh? Of course, all this jiggling about is bound to have a detrimental effect on the longevity of the thing, but in our current age of obsolescence who cares? Shake away and be done with it. Sale price £22.99/$37.81.
The world’s first portable digital photo album with motion sensors – shake the device to browse through your favorite photos. 64MB of internal memory holds over 170 photos. Credit card sized super slim profile; only 5mm thick steel and acrylic body device with 2.4″ high contrast TFT display. Carry Shake-A-Pix in your pocket, purse, wallet or even wear it around your neck. Fun and super easy to use…
Shouldn't a photo frame be more of a passive thing that sits in the background on a shelf or desktop cycling through your favorite pictures?
In my opinion this is just another example of bad "copy cat" design. Apple is very creative… but not everything they do can be transferred into different products.
The sad part is the company will make a ton of these to sell. But they won't sell. So to get them sold they will sell them super cheap. The consumer will end up NOT liking them… and they will quickly make their way to some landfill. Like we need MORE trash in the world!
