Starry Light Lamp – Reach for the stars…and change the light bulb

Starry Light Lamp
Stargazing is rather thought provoking. You think about your meaning in the grand scheme of things, whether or not you’re looking out and being looked at in return, and for the more star-savvy people, naming every star in the vast night sky. Through different parts of the year, we can see different constellations, but once we go home, it doesn’t matter if it’s night or day time, because you are definitely not going to see any stars.

The Starry Light Lamp will let you see whatever part of the sky at whichever point in the year is your favorite. It’s a pendant light made of powder coated aluminum that has been drilled by hand. The price is over $1,000, but with the aforementioned craftsmanship, that shouldn’t come as too large of a surprise. They do have preset constellations for Vernal, Summer, Autumnal, and Winter solstice at a latitude of 45 degrees north, but you can customize you own constellation by choosing the date and place. That however, will tack on another three or four hundred dollars.
