Dude sent us a little message the other day with a link to his new website which is quite cute. It’s basically a listing of all the free outdoor work-out parks, you know, places where you can show off your pecs while getting a bit of healthy exercise for free. The site is called Street Workout Spots.

And actually it’s quite cool. There’s no frills to it, just a selection of photos of the park, with the equipment (and if you’re lucky some folks giving it a try) along with a Google Map of the location to make it easy to find.

We like the fact that it’s aiming for a global audience, and also anyone can add their favorite local park just by sending an email with a photo or two to [email protected] . Cool idea. So if you’re one of those healthy outdoor exercise types, or just a bit broke and in need of some free or cheap fitness, then try this site. Meanwhile we’ll just finish this box of Pringles first.
