Have you ever wondered how you would document the apocalypse after we’ve lost electricity? Since film cameras are relatively rare, it’s an interesting question. Well worry no more, since this SuperHeadz Sun and Cloud Digital Camera is probably the answer you’ve been looking for.
Of course you’re wondering how this camera, being digital and all, will help in a situation where there is limited electricity. Well, it’s solar powered. And can also be powered by a hand crank. So, you can see how useful that can be in times of emergency attacks by super monsters. It comes in two case colors, black and white so you can match it to the rest of your end of the world gear.
Now the camera itself is basically a point and shoot. 3 Megapixals and a built in flash means that you won’t be taking high quality professional shots, but it is a fun little camera to play around with. It has built in filters and the ability to shoot video as well and since it’s shaped like a cube, it has an extra bit of retro antique cool as well. As an added bonus, the camera also can be charged with any handy USB port you have lying around. Like a discarded laptop left behind by fleeing lab assistants.SuperHeadz Sun and Cloud Digital Camera starts at $159.95.
This is stupid. Why buy a single-purpose, low-quality device when you could get a solar panel and/or hand crank charger for your existing camera. They could also charge your flashlights and tablets (without which, how are you going to look at the pictures you took?)
I blame Instagram! :)
