OK, we’ve got to admit, there’s something a bit weird when you’re so addicted to the small screen that you need to take it with you outside in the fresh air and sunshine. Shouldn’t we be looking around and enjoying the smell of freshly mown grass or something?
Anyway, lest we become far too judgmental for our own good, here’s the Tablet Lawn Chair, which features a chair, with a tablet computer arm and bracket. Look, we don’t invent these things, we just write about them, OK?
The thing features a 12 inch gooseneck arm, and a bracket which will hold any 7 or 10 inch tablet, preferably close enough to your eyes so you can read the thing in dazzling sunlight. Failing that, we believe that with a small amount of effort you could twist the arm over the top of your head and use the tablet as a sunshade, but we’re not sure it’s recommended in the user manual.
As for the chair itself, it features a cup holder, and what look like a bunch of pockets which no doubt hold the television remote control and TV mag, since you’ve obviously wheeled the box out into the garden too, to make things really cosy. The price of all this outdoor luxury is $59.95. Enjoy.
