The Driving Activity Reporter – spy on people from the comfort of your own paranoia

Drivingactivityreporter

This Driving Activity Reporter monitors a vehicle’s routes, speeds, and places visited using the on-board GPS tracker chip and stores all the details nicely in its internal memory. You then plug it in to the nearest computer USB port and download all the guilty stuff. It will hold up to 100 hours of activity and comes with a handy ‘I spy’ magnet so you can slap it surreptitiously under the fuel tank just like Bond does in those movies. Runs off two AAA rechargeable batteries which will power the thing for 3 weeks. Plenty of time to build the evidence eh? $229.95.

It uses a 16-channel GPS receiver to track the movements of the car to which it is attached (internally or externally, using the device’s built-in magnet for covert purposes), storing locations on its built-in flash memory that holds up to 100 hours of driving activity. Removed from the car, the reporter connects to your computer’s USB port, and the included software allows you to view the time, date, and precise locations visited–even how fast a driver was traveling–using animated digital street maps.

  • How much GPS signal is this device going to receive when stashed UNDERNEATH a vehicle?

  • It's OK Philip, it bounces off the exhaust. :)

  • great device! used it on my teen son…little punk was going 90mph on the highway

  • Really great GPS tracker. The HS catalog has it priced around 230 but you can get it from the manufacturer at tracking system direct for like 50 bucks cheaper

    • where did you get the GPS tracker for $50 less? I have a son that was texting and driving and flipped his truck 2 times-driving again, need help!
