Sorry to have to correct this review but the temperature of steam at sea level is 100c/212F. In the review you state different temps may be set, you can only set different times for each compartment. Having had one of these several years ago made by Tefal and finding that it was very inefficient in that most of the steam escaped through the vents in the lids thus steaming up the kitchen in the process. We got rid of it nice gadget but expensive when a set of steaming pans will do the same job.
