Titanium Anodized Ultraviolet LED Flashlight – Curiosity grossed out the cat

We’ve all seen enough movies and TV shows to know what an ultraviolet light does. Having one of these feels like you’ve somehow gained access to a superpower, being able to see the unseen. Of course, this has plenty of practical purposes, but will probably be used to feed into your curiosity.

The X5 Titanium Anodized Ultraviolet LED Flashlight will let you find offending pet spots on the carpet before you step on them, see invisible ink, and help you find leaks in your car. There are three different end cap switch positions that will allow for turning it on for a short period, constantly on or off, and lockout mode. It has O-ring seals which help to keep it safe should water try to invade, it can withstand being dropped, and runs for about 10 hours on two 123a batteries. It’ll cost you $40 to get one of these, but do be cautious about when and where you use it.

  • What leaks will this reveal in an automobile? Refrigerant?
