Housing is a very hard to come by in some cities, you can call it a crisis for some. Finding a place to even build new homes can be troublesome for developers but one man decided to take up residence under an underpass but not in a tent, in a studio apartment that hangs from the roadway.
This isn’t an actual living situation. It’s more like a protest art piece to draw attention to the housing crisis of the artist’s city in Spain. It’s an ingenious situation that rolls, by hand crank, in and out of reach of the ground. This way, while sleeping, the roomer is safe from roving bandits and the like.
This isn’t likely to be something that many people would be interested in, after all, living directly under a bridge and active motorway is probably not a dream situation for anyone.
