USB Flower Pot seems rather silly

It’s really nice that there’s a “go green” thing happening in our culture today. There are a lot of creative ideas to help try and clean up the mess that the world is. Though a lot of people have really good ideas, not all of them are up to speed on what it means to be “eco-friendly”.

The USB Flower Pot is exactly what you think it would be. It can hold a small plant, and when the included software is installed it will help you grow said plant. This may be nice for people who are around computers constantly and want a little greenery in their homes, but as an actual product this is pretty silly. There are tons of tutorials online of how to grow a plant in a pot at home. The best part is they don’t need to be plugged in and using up electricity. Though it sounds interesting, if you really want to grow a plant, do it at home in a real flowerpot. It will definitely cost less than the $20 you’d be spending on this one.
