Do you ever think about how you navigate the internet? You probably don’t unless it’s not laid out the way you expect it to be. Using any website should be intuitive and when it’s not, well that’s a frustrating experience. So someone made it into a game. User Inyerface is a frustrating trip through a website. You’re welcome.
This website doesn’t work the way you would expect. Things aren’t in the right spot, the things you need to push aren’t what you think you need to push. It’s a mess and the goal is to get to the end of the form, as fast as you can. Better drop your reflexes that have been honed on years of normal sites and start reading what’s in front of you if you want to make it through.
The game uses a ton of really subtle cues that we’ve all picked up to mislead us. Consider the first page. You want to click on the NO button but that’s not right. Neither are any of the of other things that your brain tells you to follow. Good luck. PS: This is a marketing tool but it’s still very, very funny.
