The Visual Route Server site provides a very cool Java application to trace a route from their server to any other server you define. It also lets you track any problems with your own ISP service and see where any logjams are by tracing a route back to your own IP address.

Along with the Internet Traffic Report, this looks like a great connection troubleshooting tool.
