WebEditor 2005. A browser based PHP WYSIWYG web page editor.

WebEditor2005 is a mini content management tool. You can modify your websites online. Let’s say you are from New York and on a trip through Australia. You could visit an internet cafe in Sydney, start WebEditor and write “I’m back not until next month” on your website. And if you like you could upload some holiday pictures, too…WebEditor is running on your webaccount. It is a collection of PHP scripts. You don’t have to install anything on your local PC. For this reason you can change your website from everywhere.

  • You can do all that… unless you’re using a browser other than internet explorer. Then you’re screwed.

Seriously, web design should be left to the people who have spent considerable time and studied the technologies properly. I mean, you wouldn’t attempt to build your own tv, would you?

  • No, but I have yet to receive an electric shock when messing with a web page design.

  • Hey, its all fine tinkering with things… its part of the learning process. But at some point you need to make a choice whether to fully commit or stop. I mean, I might enjoy tinkering under the hood of my car, but if there’s a real problem I’m straight off to a mechanic to get it fixed properly. Leave it to the people who know more than you about it.

By the way, the pictures don’t work on your website.
