Who needs to play golf when you have the Golf Cart Hovercraft?

Golf Cart Hovercraft
If you got a hover car, what’s the first thing you’d do? You would think the immediate answer would be taking it out for a spin. Apparently some people think it should be used for playing a few holes on the green instead.

The Golf Cart Hovercraft will take you from point A to point B on nothing but air. It has a 65-hp twin-cylinder Hirth engine with a nine-blade axial-flow ducted fan that can get you up to 45 miles per hour. You’ll be about nine inches off the ground, and will be putting the same amount of pressure on the green as a seagull standing on one foot.

This means you can drive over the grass (pretty much whenever you want), sand traps, and even water. You’ll be steering this $58,000 contraption via motorcycle-style handlebars that will let you brake and go backwards at up to 25 mph. There are four seats, and space for equipment so you and your buddies can get through 18-hole in no time. This would be an excellent search and rescue vehicle, but people only care about it when it pertains to golf. Go figure.
