Wide Coverage LED Pain Reliever – fight pain with light

The Wide Coverage LED Pain Reliever

In the world of science fiction, medical care is usually as simple as holding some sort of laser above the wound and poof, just like, all better. Normal science hasn’t been able to make it to that level yet but the Wide Coverage LED Pain Reliever is getting close.

The LED Pain Reliever was developed by NASA, a group known primarily for sending people into space, to help heal the injuries of the people it sent into space. This isn’t designed to instantly heal up cuts or anything as amazing as that. This device works on pain caused by inflammation and tight muscles which is still pretty amazing.

The light penetrates deeper than traditional heating pads, going beneath the surface to really get at what’s causing the pain. You can place the wand directly on the achy spot or hover above the skin, your choice. This isn’t a quick fix however. Using this won’t instantly make the ouch disappear, it takes a few treatments before the relief starts kicking in. The Wide Coverage LED Pain Reliever is $199.
