One of the upsides of working on a laptop is that you can take it anywhere. One of the downsides is that unless you want you want to drag heavy equipment around, you’re pretty much restricted to a single screen. The ZenScreen is a lightweight screen that solves this problem.
This screen connects via USB-C or A, although a driver is needed for A type connections. It only weighs 1.7 pounds and is very slim so it can fit into your laptop bag without adding extra bulk. The screen size if 15.6 inches with a screen resolution of 1920×1080.
The included carrying case doubles as a stand. This is a nice solution for people who like to work on the go but also need a lot of space to complete their projects. This screen does not use external power so there’s no looking for a plug. You can pick one up for $275.
Ugh… document unfriendly 16:9 aspect ratio. I suppose it’s fine if you want to watch videos on two 16:9 screens at the same time…
Or work on one screen and watch movies on the other.
