Bowling is a peaceful way to relax after a long day at work. The sound of the pins crashing and the ball rolling down the lane can be a zen garden for some of us. Although, going to a bowling alley full of people, nachos, and cigarette smoke is not near as tranquil as one would hope. If you have always wanted to bowl a game at home, but didn’t want to have to install an entire bowling alley in your home, maybe the 8 Foot Tavern Bowling Game is right for you.
This is not quite the same as regular bowling obviously, but still provides the same sort of entertainment factor. A 2 7/8 diameter chromed steel puck is used instead of the weighted ball, and will go careening down the waxed Formica lane. Awaiting at the end of the lane are ten 10.25 pins that will crash just like regular sized pins would. A 27 LCD display with 1600 x 900 resolution will track your score, share shot suggestions, and show animations for strikes, turkeys, and frame replays. This high tech mini bowling alley has a hefty price tag with $6000 on it, but if it’s worth it to you to have at home, I’d say go for it.
