The Mark of Fitness MF-180 Exercise Monitor promises to make you healthy, wealthy and irresistible to members of the opposite species. Or something. Heart rate monitor, calories burned, target zones and recovery rates. Bliss. $67.95.

The Mark of Fitness MF-180 is the first continuous reading chest-belt-free exercise heart rate monitor available that allows full control of exercise intensity and allows easy, accurate and reliable determination of calories burned. The comfortable semi-glove design with base of finger sensing makes it ideal for use when walking or jogging. • It is a good heart rate monitor but the Mark of Fitness MF-180 has some minor limitations which a buyer should be aware of.

  • Working out can be pretty demanding sometimes. It is not just about performing the exercises especially when you are conscious about the recovery rates and the amount of calories you are burning. So having a device or tool that can help you monitor the pace and result of the whole physical drills is just remarkable.
