Quattro Nano 5 – Armour plate your iPod

If your iPod Nano isn’t big enough, bolt on some protection via the Quattro Nano 5 hard case. Made from Duralumin, the metal of choice of ye olde airships and aircraft, the Nano 5 will improve the looks of your nano immediately. The case is held on via the four screws and contains pass-throughs for the camera, mic and earphone socket. Just be careful though, the case isn’t waterproof and it’s not designed to protect your equipment. So umm, yeah, that’ll be US$110 please, would you like it in red or silver?

The attractive, curved surface of the two plates machined from pure duralumin is created through a process of repeatedly altering the position of each plate as it is machined. The graceful protrusions in the four corners are derived from the elegant curved forms of automobile styling, known as G2 curvature continuity. The result is a design that feels just right in your hand.
