Many of us are now equipped with touch-screen phones. This particular craze began some time ago, but many of us still miss the ability to press down a physical button when we type an email or a text. There have been many different simulations of the feeling of pressing a button on a phone, but they all basically just vibrate after you touch the corresponding key.
This is why Tactus Technology is so amazing. It will take a touch-screen phone, and give it raised, physical buttons that will disappear as soon as you’re done using them. Their Tactile Layer Technology basically just replaces the glass face plate of your phone, tablet, gps, etc. and gives you a screen that will raise and lower itself depending on what app you’re using and the buttons that it needs. Obviously this is still in the works, so you won’t be able to get hold of this until next year at the earliest, but keep your eyes peeled.
