Dictionary .NET is a mutli talented language tool [Freeware]

The world is becoming a smaller place. Not only can we traverse the planet in mere hours nowadays, but at the click of a button we can be chatting to someone literally the other side of the globe. It’s incredible how much we take it for granted, so it’s nice to see that some developers are still creating tools to make it easier for us to communicate with each other.

Dictionary .NET is a freeware program which incorporates a standard English dictionary, along with a sophisticated translation function, which can convert between 65 languages on the fly. It uses the Bing and Google translation technology, and also includes direct links into multilingual versions of Wikipedia. We particular like the text to speech functionality, which is a great way to get to grips with some of the more esoteric words out there. Definitely worth a download.
