Volcano Light – turn your empty bottle into a neat table lamp

Volcano Light in use

One of the easiest things you can do to make a space more unique and interesting is to have interesting and unique lighting. Anyone can plug in a lamp but the Volcano Light will really add a bit of fun to your boring living room.

This light will also give you something to do with all of those empty glass bottles you have sitting around. The lamp is actually just a base that looks like a mountain top. You fit a bottle or glass cup of the right size into it and it makes the whole thing glow.

Volcano Light alone

You could actually get really creative with this. Buy some cheap glasses or find some bottles and paint them for cool effects and art. It doesn’t have a great radius of illumination so it works best as a night light or just a mood light. Despite it’s obvious bar appeal, this cute little light can work in a variety of settings with a little creativity. The Volcano Light is $35.
