Working out is hard. There’s sweat and muscle aches which are probably the worst. It’s even harder to get a workout going when most mainstream sources don’t take into account different levels of ability. The CPF Challenge is an apt that includes work for every body.
This is part of a push for cerebral palsy awareness (which is important) but more than just that, it’s an inclusive app that recognizes not everyone can just do some pushups or sit-ups. It has a number of exercises designed for people who are at all parts of the ability spectrum.
The actual challenge is to complete a seven-minute work out for 21 straight days, starting March 25. Even if you’re not participating in the challenge, this still has some different ways to get your body moving and it’s only seven minutes. Less than ten! You can squeeze it into any part of your day to be honest. Morning break can be a work out break. The CPF Challenge is free for Apple and Android devices.
