BlueBorne – the Bluetooth security threat to all devices

Hey, bad news Dear Readers, there’s a new cyber threat coming for your phones. All of them, Android and iOS alike. “BlueBorne” is the name of the security breach that allows hackers to take over your gadget and steal your info, all without you noticing it.

This threat happens over Bluetooth and can actually hit any devices that connects via that option. It spreads completely over Bluetooth from infected device to infected device. Phones, TVs, laptops, any number of smart devices. Hackers take over the devices and can use it to steal information or just spread malware. All without you knowing at all.

The good news is that Google and Microsoft are patching this within the next 24 hours. Until then, keep your devices off the Bluetooth and make sure that you upgrade your devices to get this patch. Stay safe out there, friends!
