Infarm – the indoors farm alternative

Fresh food is the best food but if you don’t happen to live in or very close to farms chances of you getting something fresh from the earth are slim and expensive. Enter Infarm, the modular, indoor farm for groceries and restaurants.

These devices can fit into most establishments and are controlled remotely so that the people who utilize them don’t have to put a great deal of thought into it. Set it and forget it. Until, of course, it’s time to harvest those yummy veggies and spices.

Beyond that, this innovation helps to provide fresh produce to places that would likely not have much access but as a bonus, it will also help to lower emissions caused by transporting produce. A neat use of technology.
