The ultimate home office system – 32 Terrabytes and counting…

Stefandidakoffice

I would have to venture a guess that Stefan Didak’s gargantuan 32 Terrabyte, 8 system, seven screen (plus two laptops) home office computer system qualifies as just about the largest you’re going to find in a private dwelling. Yeah, almost.

What happens if you turn all that equipment on? The light in the neighborhood dims a little, starts to flicker, then the lights in part of the city go out, and once everything is up and running, the lights slowly come back on again. Some of the systems are always on and are never powered off…How much is your electricity bill? Somewhere in between “ouch” and “cringe”.

  • So impressive his website blew up!!

And anyway… 32 terrabytes? How much porn can a man download for pete’s sake.

Or is he a beta tester for Vista2?

  • Woah! That is some setup. Are you a day trader or something??

I have a modest setup with two laptops running thru a KVM switch into a 19″ widescreen monitor. Works for me on my budget.

  • Bob, he’s clearly a Word user. :-)

  • This guy is the real deal, His resume' is wicked and just a great guy. I do not know him personally but, before I started on my Computer Based Studies he helped to guide me in the right direction. His time must be very tight and I thank him for taking the time.. Stefan Didak is Amazing and his Home Office is sleek!!! Thanks Mr. Didak!!! [email protected]
