This is an out of the box AR headset. It allows you to use your phone without having to hold your phone, thus freeing you hands to do things like try and grab the things in front of you. You cannot grab them. The headset comes flat packaged and you are responsible for putting it together. Don’t worry, there’s an app to explain how.

This even comes with a disc to act as a surface for viewing images however any object can be used for this purpose if you for some reason don’t want to use the included one.
