This Auto-Finder Deluxe doohickey will help you find your car in those mammoth car parks the size of suburbs. It doesn’t use GPS, it uses directional radio beacons and can locate a car up to 800 metres (1/2 a mile) away, even in multi-storey car parks.
Just mount the beacon on the windscreen and when you press the finder button on the keychain fob, the lights will show you the way. You can buy extra key fobs and beacons and pair multiple units together so one finder will locate any of your cars or multiple fobs can find one car, it’s very helpful. No idea about battery life, but the beacon looks like it needs AA batteries. US$119.95 for the deluxe unit, US$69.95 for an extra fob, and US$89.95 for an extra beacon. Hmmm bacon.
The Auto-Finder is a revolutionary product that uses patented Radio Direction Finding Technology to locate your automobile from up to 1/2 mile away in parking lots and multilevel parking structures. The Auto-Finder comes with an in-car windshield-mounted Beacon, and a small hand-held Pointer Remote that fits on your keychain.

The only problem I have with these things is that if you lose your keys you've basically told somebody where your car is. I'd like some kind security involved before I use it.
Hmmm…very good point. :)
