Sometimes a product just hits the spot and Checkvist is such a product. Nothing fancy, just an online outliner and collaborative task list manager, but boy does it work. It offers fast, no-brainer easy task list creation and sharing, and is superb for brainstorming and keeping track of vital project to-dos across a team. It sports full import and export of data, and is free of charge (although there’s a very reasonably priced Pro version which offers privacy and changes notification for just $30 a year). Superb!
