This inventive, German-made device steeps tea for the exact time you choose. The durable stainless steel arm lowers a tea bag or the included tea ball into a cup of hot water when the timer is set (between 2 and 20 minutes); when time elapses, a bell rings and the lever lifts the bag or ball out of the water.
1) No real tea afficianado uses tea bags.
2) 2 minutes is far too long. If I was forced to use a teabag I wouldn’t have it in a pot for longer than about 20 seconds.
so, if you get complaints from someone that you’re teabagging it too long, this will automatically lift your bag up at a certain time? that’s awesome!

My point is that the minimum time is way too long – the function is fine but I want a lower setting thatn 2 minutes.
Ah then I suggest sir straps the teabag to a Dippy Bird and be done with it! :-)
