Toy car collections are one of the most beloved types of collectibles. There are many types of toy car collections just as there are many types of actual car collections. The Da Vinci Auto Coach is an intricately crafted, very expensive toy car.

This model was based off of sketches by Leonardo Da Vinci. Obviously, the car was designed long before the combustion engine but if it had ever been built it would still be able to move on its own. You would just have to have some way to pull it backwards to wind the springs. Once released it would travel forward until the springs unwound.

This probably sounds familiar. If you’ve ever played with a toy car, they run on the same principle. They’re just not as pretty as this one. It is made from stainless steel with brass bearings.
