The Dino Pet is a dinosaur shaped aquarium filled with bioluminescent dinoflagellates. Which are tiny microorganisms that glow. Much better than having a tank filled with sea monkeys. They don’t glow. The dinoflagellates survive by photosynthesis. During the day, they need sunlight (and a little love can’t hurt) but at night, after the sun goes down, they glow a bright blue.
This little statue is filled with living organisms so time in shipping is of the essence. Apparently the little guys get a little upset during the shipping time and may not glow right away.
