Documentary24 is a website dedicated to free documentaries. There’s not a huge range on there yet but it is growing, including some more modern ones like Sicko and Super Size Me. All the videos play out of Google Videos and it’s well worth a look.
The goal of Documentary24.com is to collect the best documentary films available on the internet and to present them to your for free. All documentaries can be watched inside the browser without the need of registration or downloading the movies. This page is not for financial profit but for the intellectual education of everybody who watches the movies.

While I was on the site above (damn this is gonna sound like a shameless plug, but trust me, it isn't), I also stumbled onto this:

which also seems to have a lot of educational videos available, albiet mostly in lecture form, available for online viewing or download onto mp4 format (iPod, psp, etc).
