Emoze – push email for people without fruity phones

If your current phone isn’t made by a fruit company chances are it doesn’t have push-email. Emoze can probably help.

Emoze is a free push email service for Symbian 60 and Windows Mobile smart phones. First install the client on your handset, it’s preconfigured to play nicely with Microsoft Outlook, POP3, Lotus Domino and Groupwise and it plays nicely with Gmail, Yahoo! and Facebook straight out of the box. Enter your details and you’re all set. New emails will pop up on your phone without you having to do anything

You can even sync your contacts and calendars and do all your important sheduling and stuff. Emoze works over pretty much any type of phone network, GSM, CDMA, WCDMA/UMTS, Wi-Max, GPRS, EDGE, EVDO and Wi-Fi. The only thing you have to do is pay for the data as it needs an always on connection. Very cool. [Photo from flickr]

Stay in the loop wherever you may be in the world. Forget having to look for an internet cafe or seek out a WiFi hotspot to access your email, your calendar, your contacts or other personal information usually stored in Outlook or Lotus Notes. Download emoze to your mobile telephone and make it a fully functional personal communication device.
